Rental of the Mansion includes the following:
Clients are required to hire a Bragg-Mitchell referred traffic controller whose rates are based on guest count and event type.

OPTIONAL CHARGES
– On-site Wedding: $425
– Rehearsal: $130
– Rehearsal (add’l hour): $25
– Staging $175
– Additional Hour: $200
– Large Event Surcharge*: $500
* guest count exceeding 500
DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a date.
– Event balance, including additional charges, is due thirty (30) days prior to the event. – Cash, check, and major credit cards accepted.
