Wedding Receptions

Rental of the Mansion includes the following:

  • Access to Mansion’s first floor, patio and grounds for eight (8) hours
  • A Bragg-Mitchell hostess who will be on the premises for the duration of the event
  • Use of a bridal suite with private powder room, gathering room, and dressing room
  • Parking on-site for 100 vehicles with overflow parking across the street
  • Bridal portrait appointment with full use of the Mansion and grounds including bridal suite

Clients are required to hire a Bragg-Mitchell referred traffic controller whose rates are based on guest count and event type.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a date.
– Event balance, including additional charges, is due thirty (30) days prior to the event. – Cash, check, and major credit cards accepted.
