Luncheon rental of the Mansion includes the following:

  • Access to Mansion’s first floor, patio and grounds for three (3) hours from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • A Bragg-Mitchell hostess who will be on the premises for the duration of the event
  • Parking on-site for 100 vehicles with overflow parking across the street

Clients may, based on guest count, be required to hire a Bragg-Mitchell referred traffic controller whose rates are based on guest count and event type.

Monday – Thursday: $400

– A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to book a date.
– Event balance, including additional charges, is due thirty (30) days prior to the event. – Cash, check, and major credit cards accepted.
